See below for directions, entry form and free parking pass The course is grass, dirt, asphalt and rocky with rolling hills. Spikes are not recommended. The first 25 finishers in each age group will qualify for the Region 14 meet next week at Pleasanton. There will be medals to the first 10 finishers. The first 3 teams (minimum 5 runners, maximum 8 runners) will qualify for the Region 14 meet. Each winning team will receive a plaque. Athletes must compete in their age group. Bantam Girls/Bantam Boys Born 1992 or later 3000 meters Midget Girls/ Midget Boys Born 1990 or 1991 3000 meters Youth Girls/Youth Boys Born 1988 or 1989 4000 meters Intermediate Girls/Intermediate Boys Born 1986 or 1987 5000 meters Young Women/Young Men Born 1994 or 1995 5000 meters The races will be run in the order above. Some races may be combined (depending on the number of runners) but the results and awards will be determined by sex and age group. Each runner must fill out a separate entry form (make copies of the attached entry form). The entry fee is $5.00 per runner and must be turned in with the entry form. All runners must have: 1) a USATF card (which may be purchased for $20.00 before 9:00) and 2) must have a copy of his/her birth certificate.
