TREASURER'S REPORT Approved unanimously 2005 NATIONAL USATF CONVENTION Delegates selected A unanimous vote tabled the Policy Proposal (below) for the January meeting:
Set automatic funding for 16 delegates (rather than 17; one less official).
Approximately 12 committee reps and 4 others.
20% minimum are to be athletes.
JOSH TENZENO GRIEVANCE Not a PA member but coaches PA athletes.
Recruited a youth to run on a different club.
Grievance Committee recommends a one-year suspension for Josh Tenzeno.
Grievance Committee�s recommendation unanimously approved. WEB SITE DESIGN Excellent power point presentation made by Maura Kent describing the changes
developed by web site task force (Cynci Calvin, Maura Kent, Dan Preston, Thom Trimble).
Changes were previously reviewed and approved by the Communications Committee Approved unanimously by the Board of Athletics. ATHLETES COMMITTEE CHAIR Stephanie Brown has stepped forward to be the Athlete�s Committee Chair. She will be included on the Executive Board and hope to be helpful in representing
the Pacific Association�s elite athletes CALIFORNIA TRACK and RUNNING NEWS Dick Connors and Darryl Hampton requested improved content, especially in the high
school coverage, and regret loss of Keith Conning as a contributor. Jerry Colman reminded everyone that we all need to consider contributing articles and photos. Cynci Calvin will contact the publisher about better delivery and timeliness of required ads. DYESTAT LINK IS UP AND WORKING 2006 CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS Aggies and Tim Wason are working together on this Irene Herman and her son will be doing a video of the event that can be used for marketing. 2007 and 2008 CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS BIDS Discussions underway with the Sacramento Sports Commission CIF meet would have to be rotated NCAA XC: more will be learned at the coaches meeting prior to the USATF Convention. 2007 JUNIOR OLYMPIC TandF CHAMPIONSHIPS BID Fizzled Too much going on. MASTERS TandF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2008 or 2009 probably the earliest Need a masters TandF subcommittee to work on this. GOLDEN WEST INVITATIONAL Plans for 2006 have begun. $100,000 from City of Folsom for improvements in throwers venue at Folsom HS. Possible that the regional JO TandF meet would be held there. COMMITTEE REPORTS - -Open Track and Field Committee: Jerry Colman is stepping down so it needs a

to Twin Cities Marathon; Headlands 50K awarded National Trail 50K Championship for 2006 and 2007. - Youth XC Committee: Bob Shor reported that the PA�s JO XC to be held Nov. 20.
