One of the best in the series. Beautiful course. Ugly start. Winding trails (dirt, crushed rock, rocky dirt, no pavement). Challenging hills. Past lakes. Through the woods. And that dam finish. |
Standard Golden Gate loop course. Beautiful meadows, eucalyptus-lined trails, with varied terrain. Paved bike path eliminated; Spikes permitted. |

Same course as last year. Rolling hills on dirt roads surrounded by oak trees. |
The course circles around the hill at Shoreline park and loops the golf course. 80% dirt trails and 20% paved trail (no spikes). Same course as 2001. |
New Course this year. We start near Miwok Meadows on the fire road and finish in Miwok Meadows. The course covers much of the old course but does not include the road.
