Hone Your Sports Writing Skills in an Exciting Olympic Year ! Work from Home ! The Pacific Association of USA Track & Field is immediately seeking interns to bolster our communications and media outreach efforts to local and national media, our members, and to the general track and field and long distance running community. • Writers/Reporters • Correspondents • Photographers You will help us deliver unparalleled stories, profiles and interviews, press and wire releases, visual images, and “hot” leads about the events and personalities in our sport. Internships are unpaid, volunteer positions. You will have an opportunity, however, for publication in California Track & Running News (the official magazine for the California/Northern Nevada Associations of USATF), and on our leading-edge track and field web site. Plus, you will receive expert guidance from a leading journalist, editor, and publicist who has 30 years of communications experience in the sport. USA Track & Field (USATF) is the National Governing Body for track and field, long-distance running and race walking in the United States.
