Youth Membership Chair, Tony Williams, maintains this website to track youth birth certificates on behalf of all PA/USATF youth clubs and unattached athletes.  It is the responsibility of each club and parent of unattached athletes to regularly check the website to verify that every child competing in the current year has a validated birth certificate on file.  Without a validated birth certificate a youth athlete cannot compete in any championship or Junior Olympic competition.  

The list is not in alphabetical order by club name so use your 'Find' feature to quickly locate your club.

If you discover a youth athlete is not listed under your club name, before you contact Tony, search on the child's name to ensure they aren't listed with another club or as unattached.  If you still cannot locate a birth certificate validation, contact Tony directly at [email protected].

Remember, that when you submit a birth certificate for validation to write your club name and the athlete's 10 digit USATF number directly on the birth certificate.
