Youth Birthdate Verification

Below are the dates and times that the Youth Membership Chair, Tony Williams, will be verifying birthdates.

Parents: please bring your child's original or certified birth certificate for verification, recordation and it will be immediately returned to you.

• May 15  James Logan High School, Union City  8:30 am to 11:30 am 
• May 22  Modesto Junior College, Modesto  8:30 am to 11:30 am
• June 5  Granada High School, Livermore all day from  8:00 am to 2:00 pm
  
• June 12 & 13 Santa Rosa High School, Santa Rosa 8:30 am to 4:30  pm
  
• June 19 Panther Track Club Sectional TBA   8:30 am  to 11:30 am. This is the final date for verification of birthdates.
