Requirements:  Member in good standing; service to the association and the sports of track and field (including masters, youth, distance-running, race-walking, disabled athletics, all sports and activities – including but not limited - to membership development, officiating, etc.)

Nominations:  Must include name, title/position of nominee, and reason(s) why you want  this person to be considered for this award

Include:  At least a three sentence paragraph, limited to no more than 100 words, why this person deserves this award; be sure to include your name and how/when you have worked with or observed this person in action
