Willie Young’s Palo Alto Lightening 11/09 Youth XC Meet Will Be Held
Pacific Association Athletes, Parents and Coaches:
It is with great regret that I inform you that William (Willie) Young, Head Coach of Palo Alto Lightning Track and Field Club, passed away on Wednesday. Over the past twenty-plus years, Coach Young has been a well established figure in Pacific Association Youth Cross Country and Track and Field as a coach and a national level certified official.
Coach Young’s wife has indicated her wishes for the Palo Alto Lightning Youth Cross Country Meet to proceed as scheduled this Sunday, November 9th. View meet information on the 2014 PA Youth XC Schedule.
