Ed Burke Sets World and American Records!

Ed Burke (M70) set a World record in the hammer with a throw of 58.6 meters, and American records in both the weight (20.82m) and super weight (11.66m) throws! Ed's weight throw mark was just shy of the listed World record of 20.85!!!   

We also had many Nation-leading marks, including:

• Karen Maxwell (W51),  80 and 300m hurdles
• Carmel Papworth-Barnum (W44), 3000m run
• Jeffrey Adkins (M49), 3000m run
• Larry Barnum (M66), 400m dash
