PA/USATF LDR OFFICIALS
(and Track Officials who have expressed interest in LDR):
August is here, which means the Pacific Association's annual Cross Country Grand Prix Series starts later this month--while concurrently our LDR Road Running Grand Prix continues in full swing.
I'm calling on you for officiating assistance. Referees, Judges, Umpires, Timers, and occasionally Starters are all needed. (In addition, on-call Jury of Appeal members for XC are sought.)
Of course, we welcome new officials--that is, new folks to LDR officiating. Or, perhaps, you’re a veteran official who hasn't volunteered at an LDR/XC event for a while. Of course, we provide on-the-job training for our brand new officials as well as our officials veterans from the track who want to try a little road or harrier work.
Shown below is the 2011 Cross Country Grand Prix schedule, plus the remaining events on this year's Road Running Grand Prix schedule. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can contribute at any of these events. (If you’ve previously committed to one of these events, you don’t need to do so again.)
