Cancellation of East Bay Heat Track Meet (6/7 & 6/8)
Dear Parents, Coaches & Athletes,
It is with great regret that we have to cancel the East Bay Heat Track Meet that is scheduled for June 7th and 8th. As a team we have enjoyed the opportunity to rally together, recruit volunteers and plan for the upcoming meet. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in taking care of some of the details that would allow us to provide a track meet that meets the expectations that we have set for ourselves and those that we assume you hold also. Thank you in advance for your support but we have determined that it is best to cancel the meet instead of moving forward.

We apologize for all of the inconveniences that arise in our decision to cancel this event although we do believe that it is more appropriate to cancel the run a meet without adequate resources and supports for the athletes.
