► PA National USATF Website Will Be Down: Oct. 6 to Oct. 10
Hello USATF Member,
We are excited to share that USATF will be upgrading our servers this month. This server move will give us much more space,
Beginning October 6th at 8:00 AM Eastern through October 10th at 5:00 PM Eastern, there will be a hold on content changes to the USATF website and all Association Network Websites. If you have an Association network website, we ask that you not make any updates to your content as it will not be saved through the server change. During this time there will not be any interruption in business. Membership, event registration and administrative functions will continue to process as they normally would.
Beginning on October 10th at 6:00 PM Eastern through October 12th at 11:59 PM Eastern, the USATF website administrative processes will be completely shut off. This will mean that memberships will not be sold, merchandise will not be available for purchase, sanctions will not be processed and all association administrative access will not be available. During this 48 hour period, registrations for Cross Country Junior Olympics will continue to function normally.
Communication will be sent to all USATF members in advance of this down time. During the down time, the general website will remain functional and will also have messaging detailing that our servers are in the process of being upgraded and when the upgrade will be complete.
If you have any questions in advance of this upgrade, please let me know. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure.
Have a great day!
