USATF Pacific Open Track & Field

USATF Pacific has a long history of hosting open track and field competitions at all levels, from local all comers meets to international. There is a USATF Pacific annual championship meet and an annual Grand Prix with prize money for the top performers. Use the links at the right to learn more.


2024 Elite Track & Field Grand Prix

Elite Grand Prix Sign Up, Events and Prize Money Info

Double points will be awarded to valid USATF Pacific members (who must have signed up for this Grand Prix) in their highest scored event at the PA Open Track & Field Championship to be held in conjunction with the 64th Annual Golden West Invitational on the weekend of June 1 & 2. GWI Registration is Open!

RESULTS & SCORESHEETS

Compete against your gender & 5-year age division peers in a series of local track & field meets. This Grand Prix allows all adult athletes, ages 19 to 99, to participate! It’s a great way to train for the 2024 National USATF Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships coming to Sacramento July 18-21.

2023 Kleeman OTF Grant Awardees


USATF Pacific thrower Elena Bruckner scored the most points in the 2023 USATF Pacific Open Track & Field Grand Prix.
ClICK HERE to watch a Runnerspace.com video interview with her following her 3rd place performance at the USATF National Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This qualified her to represent TEAM USA at the 2023 World IAAF Championships in Budapest, where she placed 15th in the qualifying round.

RW 20 km Race Walk (Sept. 29) may be on 2019 RW Grand Prix

    Hosts Sierra Race Walkers are exploring the possibility of adding a 20-kilometer race walk to the 2019 Grand Prix Schedule. It would be a combined men’s and women’s event, contested concurrently with the 10-kilometer race walk tentatively scheduled for Sunday, 29 September, 2019.
