- What are the actual dates and location of the 2019 USATF Annual Meeting?
- Thursday Dec. 5 through Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019

- Will there be Association/Youth Workshops at the 2019 Annual Meeting?

- Association and Youth Workshops will take place on Thursday (Association/Youth) and Friday (Youth). Please refer to the Annual Meeting schedule (when published) for the actual times/locations. There will be no Workshops on Wednesday, December 4, 2019.
- Is it necessary to register for the Association/Youth Workshops?
- Yes. Registration is necessary upon Annual Meeting registration to assure an accurate accounting of Attendees and plan for the required meeting room space.
- Am I able to reserve my hotel room now and register for the Annual Meeting at a later date?
- No, once you register for the Annual Meeting the confirmation email will provide the link to reserve your hotel accommodations.
- How long do I have to register for the Annual Meeting?
- Early registration closes on October 31, 2019 at the rate of 210.00
- Late registration closes on November 14, 2019 at the rate of 250.00.
- On-site registration will be available at the rate of 250.00.
- Will there be a Night of Legends banquet at the Annual Meeting?
- Yes. The banquet will held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at a rate of 110.00 per person or 1000.00 for a table of ten (10). Tickets are limited and can be reserved during the on-line registration process.

► YTF PA’s Charlotte Sneed receives Milton Hershey Annual Award
At the USATF Hershey Jr. Olympic Track & Field Championships Opening Ceremonies, USATF Youth Chair Tricia Myers presented PA Youth Chair and incoming USATF Pacific President Charlotte Sneed the Milton Hershey Annual Award for contributions to USATF’s youth programs.
Created by the partnership between USATF and The Hershey Company, the Milton Hershey Award annually honors an individual whose volunteer contributions to youth track & field and fitness have positively affected the lives of young people.

DAY 7
Twelve USATF Pacific athletes were crowned Champions on the final day of the 2019 USATF Hershey Junior Olympics Track & Field Championships. They included the Marshall brothers of God Speed Track Club (Stockton, CA), who dominated the 110m hurdles. Jadyn Marshall ran 14.17 for the gold in the boy’s 15-16 race and Jamar Marshall finished strong over the final hurdles to win the men’s 17-18 hurdles in 13.57.

Day 6 brought forth seven USATF Pacific Junior Olympic Champions!
Sacramento, CA — The first wave of running finals took place on day six of the USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships. The day was full of national titles, photo finishes and new national records.
Among these, Harper McClain was noted in USATF’s highlight report as follows “she capped off her first year of running track the right way. Lucas Beyon (Marin Waves Track and Field) won the Boy’s Javelin, 8 & Under with a toss of 27.81m/91-3.

DAY 2
Rithika Vatturi (Mission Valley Track and Field) dominated the women’s 17-18 3000m Race Walk. Vatturi had more than a 50 second lead on the rest of the field to claim the USATF title with a time of 16:55.85.
- Adeline Johnson (Marin Waves Track and Field) won the 15-16 Girl’s 3000m Race Walk in 17:18.44
- Lake Tahoe Track Club won the Boys 15-16 4x800m relay in 8:01.71
- Menlo Greyhounds won the Women’s 17-18 4x800m relay in 9:13.29
- Menlo Greyhounds won the Men’s 17-18 4x800m relay in 7:52.81
Day 2 USATF JO Champs Complete Highlights Report
DAY 1
Miles Roberts (Umoja) won the boy’s 13-14 pentathlon with 3,039 points. Roberts had dominant performances in the 100m hurdles and high jump, ran 13.89 in the hurdles for 989 points and cleared 1.80m/5-10 for 627 points.
In the girl’s 13-14 3000m race walk, Reese Gentry (Unattached) dominated the field with a 50-second lead on second place. Gentry crossed the finish line in 15:22.38 to win the title. Talia Green (Oakland Cubs) and Madison Morgan (Katy Express TC) had a battle for second place that ended in a photo finish. Green prevailed, taking second with 16:14.48 and Morgan finished third in 16:14.50.
